I do think it’s positive that 2/3 of these ticket buyers, even at the cheap price, were new buyers. And if they can convert them into return buyers, there might be some gain. But that conversion is key, and it will depend on the kind of experience the buyer has when they actually come to the opera…

I’m afraid that for most people, ticket prices would need to be negative.
